By using this website or submitting information through its forms, estimate tools or scheduling features, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website's interactive estimate or scheduling features.

2. Website Information

Information on this website is provided for general informational and planning purposes. Descriptions, photographs, examples, project ranges, package descriptions and other website content do not by themselves create a binding construction agreement.

3. Remodel Planner and Online Estimates

The Remodel Planner is designed to provide a preliminary planning estimate based on the dimensions, package, materials, options and other selections entered online.

A displayed Current Project Estimate is not a binding quote, guaranteed price, offer to perform work or final construction contract. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after an on-site evaluation and, when applicable, through a separate written proposal or agreement.

Online calculations assume typical residential conditions unless expressly stated otherwise. Hidden damage, moisture, substrate conditions, structural conditions, code requirements, unusual demolition, plumbing, electrical, framing, leveling, repair work, access limitations or other conditions not reasonably identifiable through the online planner may affect final scope and pricing.

4. Material Allowances

When an estimate or package includes a material or finish allowance, that allowance represents the amount included in the applicable estimate for the stated material category.

Customer selections that exceed an included allowance, require special ordering, additional freight, unusual fabrication or additional labor may increase final project pricing.

5. On-Site Estimates and Scheduling

Scheduling an on-site estimate reserves an appointment request based on the information and availability known at the time of booking. It does not create a construction contract or obligate either party to proceed with a project.

Appointment availability may depend on project location, service-area eligibility, travel time, calendar availability and other operational conditions. RapinCore may contact you if an appointment must be changed, confirmed or rescheduled.

6. Information You Provide

You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and complete when using the website's estimate and scheduling tools.

Estimates or scheduling results may be inaccurate if dimensions, project conditions, contact information, addresses or selections supplied through the website are incomplete or incorrect.

7. Construction Services and Contracts

Any actual remodeling, tile installation, waterproofing, demolition or other construction work is governed by the separate written proposal, contract, scope of work or other agreement accepted for that project.

If a project agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding the actual construction services, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

8. Third-Party Services

Portions of the website rely on third-party services, including Google Calendar, Gmail and Google Maps Platform services such as the Routes API.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. By using website features that integrate Google Maps Platform services, you also agree to the applicable Google Maps Additional Terms of Service.

Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the RapinCore name, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, project presentations, estimate interfaces and other original website content are owned by RapinCore LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of RapinCore services. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, commercially exploit or create derivative copies of protected website content without permission except as allowed by law.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, abuse scheduling functions, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful purposes.

11. Disclaimer

We work to keep website information and online calculations accurate and useful, but the website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, RapinCore does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every project condition.

Nothing on the website replaces an on-site inspection, professional evaluation, applicable permit requirements or the terms of a signed project agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RapinCore LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website or its preliminary online planning tools.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
