We may collect information that you provide directly when requesting an estimate, configuring a project, scheduling an appointment or contacting RapinCore.

This information may include your name, phone number, email address, project street address, city, ZIP code, preferred appointment date and time, project type, project selections, estimated project scope, notes and other information you choose to provide.

2. How We Use Information

We use information submitted through the site to respond to inquiries, prepare online project estimates, determine service-area eligibility, calculate travel-related scheduling availability, schedule and manage on-site estimates, send appointment communications, maintain business records and operate and protect the website.

Information submitted through the Remodel Planner may also be included in project notes so that the selections you made online can be reviewed during the on-site estimate.

3. Google Services

RapinCore uses Google services to support parts of the online scheduling experience. Project address information may be processed through Google Maps Platform services, including the Routes API, to evaluate service-area eligibility and travel time.

Appointment, contact and project information may also be processed through Google Calendar and Gmail so that RapinCore can check availability, create and manage appointments and send confirmations or other appointment-related communications.

4. Google Workspace API Limited Use

RapinCore's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

RapinCore uses Google Workspace API access only for functionality related to its business scheduling and customer communications and not for advertising, profiling or sale of Google user data.

5. Service Providers and Sharing

We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, provide scheduling functionality, communicate with you or support our business operations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of RapinCore, our customers or others.

RapinCore does not sell personal information collected through this website.

6. Technical Information

Browsers, hosting providers and security infrastructure may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, timestamps and similar operational data needed to deliver, troubleshoot and secure the site.

The current RapinCore website does not use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising integrations. If our practices materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated.
